By accessing a Core Auto website, mobile application, interface, or platform (collectively, the "Site" or "Sites") that links to this Terms of Use Agreement (the "Terms of Use" or "Agreement"), you agree to abide by this Agreement and by our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference, regardless of the device used (e.g., personal computer, mobile device, or any other technology or software) for access. These Terms of Use and any disputes arising out of or related to the Sites or Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and Core Auto LLC shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in USA, New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
These Terms of Use, along with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Core Auto LLC, constitute the entire agreement between you and Core Auto LLC concerning the Sites and Services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Core Auto LLC with respect to the Sites and Services.
